Context

In order to support its progress on the Malian market and its international expansion, the company is seeking a motivated Sales Representative, whose mission consists of growing the customer portfolio, ensuring the marketing of the company's products and services, and embodying the company's image with its customers.

Main Mission

The Sales Representative is responsible for developing and retaining a customer portfolio, promoting and selling the company's products and services, and actively participating in achieving the defined sales objectives.

Activities and Responsibilities

• Identify and canvass new customers (individuals, companies, resellers) in the territory assigned to them
• Carry out sales of products and services and negotiate commercial terms while respecting the pricing policy in force
• Maintain and monitor the existing customer portfolio while guaranteeing quality after-sales service
• Ensure follow-up of orders, deliveries as well as the collection of customer receivables
• Regularly draft commercial activity reports (visits, sales, prospecting) for their management
• Monitor the market, competition and development opportunities, both locally and internationally
• Take part in promotional actions, fairs and trade shows organized by the company
• Report customer needs and expectations in order to contribute to improving the product and service offering
