The assignment aims to operationalize the GC8 grant as an integrated, health systems–strengthening investment, aligning disease-specific programs (HIV, tuberculosis, malaria) with cross-cutting systems (RSSH, community systems, supply chain, laboratory, and digital health), while advancing sustainability, national ownership, and transition readiness. The senior advisor will support the Chief of Party and his team, at Plan International Liberia, in finalizing the design and setting up the GC8 programming in Liberia, in collaboration with the Ministry of Health and national stakeholders.
