Chargé(e) de Distribution

General Information

A Distribution Officer position is available within an organization based in Chad. It is a fixed-term contract (CDD) for a duration of three months.

Candidate Profile

• Education level: Lower secondary education (first cycle of general secondary education)
• Specialty: Secondary education, holder of a Literary Baccalaureate
• Experience: No prior experience required

Representation with local authorities

• Support the Deputy Project Manager during technical meetings, in order to ensure good visibility of the association with local authorities

Representation with donors

• Assist the Deputy Project Manager during technical meetings organized with donors
• Transmit to the Country Director all information gathered during these meetings. Program implementation (under the supervision of the Deputy Project Manager)
• Plan the different stages of program implementation
• Steer program execution as well as its monitoring methods
• Manage the financial, logistical and material resources allocated to the program
• Ensure the integration of technical requirements into program implementation: collect technical data, analyze opportunities and risks, identify the technical supervisory authorities and technical partners, then propose contractualization and/or partnership arrangements

Management and supervision of the program team

• Organize and lead project meetings
• Prepare and monitor the work plans of each member of the program team
• Ensure cohesion within the program team

Monitoring, data and capitalization

• Gather the data and tools used for program implementation
• Prepare a capitalization report on the experience developed under the program
• Draft, in collaboration with the Deputy Project Manager, the activity schedule
• Ensure that the processing of information from sociological surveys and evaluations is carried out appropriately
