Missions
Dans le cadre du projet d'extension et de réhabilitation de son siège, réalisé sur un site existant pouvant rester partiellement en activité pendant les travaux, AGL CI recrute un-Chef de Projet chargé de piloter l'opération pour le compte du Maître d'Ouvrage, des études de conception jusqu'à la réception et à la clôture. Mission Représentant opérationnel du Maître d'Ouvrage, le Chef de Projet pilote l'ensemble du projet. Il organise les décisions, coordonne les intervenants (maîtrise d'œuvre, entreprises, bureaux de contrôle, administrations, concessionnaires, utilisateurs internes) et garantit la livraison d'un siège fonctionnel et durable, conforme au programme, dans le respect des coûts, des délais, de la qualité, de la sécurité et de la continuité des activités. Principales responsabilités Gouvernance et pilotage : circuit de décision, plan de management, comités de pilotage, registre des risques et des décisions. Études et conception: diagnostic de l'existant, validation des phases APS/APD, revues de conception, cohérence des lots techniques, value engineering. Conformité : autorisations administratives, réglementation incendie, accessibilité, hygiène et sécurité. Contrats : passation et administration des marchés (MOE, travaux, contrôle), analyse des offres, gestion des avenants et réclamations. Coûts et délais : budget global, gestion des modifications, planning directeur, chemin critique, plans de rattrapage. Travaux, qualité et HSE: suivi de chantier, non-conformités, sécurité en site occupé, gestion des interfaces. Réception et clôture : essais et mises en service, levée des réserves, DOE/DIUO, garantie de parfait achèvement, retour d'expérience. Reporting: tableaux de bord et notes d'arbitrage pour la Direction. Profil recherché Diplôme d'ingénieur BTP, Génie Civil ou Bâtiment (Bac+5). Une spécialisation en management de projet ou en économie de la construction est un atout. Au moins 15 ans d'expérience dans le bâtiment, dont une expérience confirmée en pilotage de projets immobiliers complexes côté Maître d'Ouvrage ou Maîtrise d'Œuvre, idéalement en réhabilitation, extension ou site occupé. Expérience de projets de sièges, d'immeubles tertiaires, d'hôtels ou d'ERP appréciée, ainsi que des contrats de conception-réalisation et FIDIC. Compétences clés Solide maîtrise des lots techniques (structure, CVC, électricité, SSI, courants faibles, GTB). Gestion budgétaire, contractuelle et des risques. Planification sous MS Project ou un outil équivalent. Excellentes capacités rédactionnelles et maîtrise du Pack Office. La connaissance d'AutoCAD ou du BIM est un plus. Leadership, rigueur, sens de la négociation, capacité d'arbitrage et intégrité. Français courant. Anglais professionnel apprécié. Niveau d'études min. requis :Master ou equivalent

Job description
As part of the project to extend and renovate its head office, carried out on an existing site that may remain partially operational during the works, AGL CI is recruiting a Project Manager responsible for steering the operation on behalf of the Project Owner, from design studies through to acceptance and closure. Mission As the operational representative of the Project Owner, the Project Manager steers the entire project. He organizes decisions, coordinates the stakeholders (project management, contractors, inspection bodies, administrations, concession holders, internal users) and guarantees the delivery of a functional and sustainable head office, compliant with the programme, while respecting costs, deadlines, quality, safety and business continuity. Main responsibilities Governance and steering: decision-making process, management plan, steering committees, risk and decision register. Studies and design: diagnosis of the existing site, validation of APS/APD phases, design reviews, consistency of technical packages, value engineering. Compliance: administrative authorizations, fire regulations, accessibility, health and safety. Contracts: award and administration of contracts (MOE, works, inspection), analysis of bids, management of amendments and claims. Costs and deadlines: overall budget, change management, master schedule, critical path, recovery plans. Works, quality and HSE: site monitoring, non-conformities, safety on an occupied site, interface management. Acceptance and closure: tests and commissioning, clearance of reservations, DOE/DIUO, perfect completion warranty, lessons learned. Reporting: dashboards and decision notes for Management. Profile sought Engineering degree in BTP, Civil Engineering or Building (Bac+5). A specialization in project management or construction economics is an asset. At least 15 years of experience in building, including confirmed experience in steering complex real estate projects on the Project Owner or Project Management side, ideally in renovation, extension or occupied site. Experience in head office, office building, hotel or ERP projects appreciated, as well as design-build and FIDIC contracts. Key skills Solid command of technical packages (structure, CVC, electricity, SSI, low voltage, GTB). Budget, contractual and risk management. Planning in MS Project or an equivalent tool. Excellent writing skills and command of the Pack Office. Knowledge of AutoCAD or BIM is a plus. Leadership, rigor, negotiation skills, ability to arbitrate and integrity. Fluent French. Professional English appreciated. Minimum education level required:Master or equivalent
