Dans le cadre du projet « Nouvelle Alliance SDSR », l'ONG LA CITOYENNE lance un avis de recrutement (interne et externe) pour pourvoir le poste de Comptable de projet. LA CITOYENNE est une organisation non gouvernementale malienne fondée en 2005 et reconnue par l'accord-cadre n° 166/02096 MATCL/CADB du 12 février 2008. Sa vocation est de favoriser l'autopromotion des détenteurs de droits en s'appuyant sur une démarche participative fondée sur la « vision », et plus particulièrement sur le principe « Rien sur nous, sans nous ». Sa mission consiste à œuvrer durablement à l'amélioration de la qualité de vie et à la protection des communautés et des personnes vulnérables, en particulier les femmes et les enfants. Elle intervient dans les secteurs de la santé, de l'éducation et de l'environnement. As part of the “Nouvelle Alliance SDSR” project, the ONG LA CITOYENNE is launching a recruitment notice (internal and external) to fill the position of Project Accountant. LA CITOYENNE is a Malian non-governmental organization founded in 2005 and recognized by framework agreement n° 166/02096 MATCL/CADB of 12 February 2008. Its vocation is to promote the self-empowerment of rights holders by relying on a participatory approach based on “vision”, and more particularly on the principle “Nothing about us, without us”. Its mission is to work sustainably to improve the quality of life and to protect communities and vulnerable people, particularly women and children. It works in the health, education and environment sectors.

Le projet

En consortium avec PLAN INTERNATIONAL MALI, LA CITOYENNE déploie le projet NEXT ALLIANCE SDSR dans la région de Ségou, plus précisément dans les communes de Ségou, Sébougou, Pélengana, Macina, Markala et Touna. La Nouvelle Alliance néerlandaise pour la SDSR est un partenariat pilote d'une durée de deux ans. Elle rassemble onze organisations néerlandaises (Aidsfonds, Amref Health Africa, Choice, CoC, Hivos, Liliane Fonds, Oxfam Novib, Plan International, Rutgers, VSO et Wemos) ainsi que des partenaires locaux répartis dans huit pays : le Burkina Faso, le Mali, le Niger, l'Éthiopie, le Kenya, l'Ouganda, le Liban et la Jordanie. Cette alliance a pour ambition de protéger et de renforcer la santé et les droits sexuels et reproductifs (SDSR) dans un contexte mondial marqué par la diminution des financements, la progression des mouvements hostiles aux droits et l'affaiblissement des systèmes de santé.

Domaine fonctionnel

Le titulaire du poste contribue à la gestion administrative, comptable et financière de LA CITOYENNE.

Rattachement hiérarchique

Le Comptable de projet exerce sous la supervision directe du Président de l'ONG LA CITOYENNE.

Missions

Sous l'autorité du Président de l'ONG, le Comptable de projet assure le bon fonctionnement de la gestion financière et comptable du projet.

The project

In consortium with PLAN INTERNATIONAL MALI, LA CITOYENNE is implementing the NEXT ALLIANCE SDSR project in the Ségou region, more specifically in the communes of Ségou, Sébougou, Pélengana, Macina, Markala and Touna. The New Dutch Alliance for SDSR is a two-year pilot partnership. It brings together eleven Dutch organizations (Aidsfonds, Amref Health Africa, Choice, CoC, Hivos, Liliane Fonds, Oxfam Novib, Plan International, Rutgers, VSO and Wemos) as well as local partners spread across eight countries: Burkina Faso, Mali, Niger, Éthiopie, Kenya, Ouganda, Liban and Jordanie. This alliance aims to protect and strengthen sexual and reproductive health and rights (SDSR) in a global context marked by declining funding, the rise of rights-hostile movements and the weakening of health systems.

Functional area

The post holder contributes to the administrative, accounting and financial management of LA CITOYENNE.

Reporting line

The Project Accountant works under the direct supervision of the President of the ONG LA CITOYENNE.

Main responsibilities

Under the authority of the President of the ONG, the Project Accountant ensures the proper functioning of the financial and accounting management of the project.
