The school "Les Lutins" is an educational institution under Malian law, approved by the Agency for French Education Abroad (AEFE) and placed under the provisional administration of the State. It is located in Sotuba, Bamako, Mali. For the 2026-2027 school year, the establishment includes six preschool classes and eleven elementary classes. In this context, the provisional administration is launching a call for applications to recruit four teachers.

Main responsibilities

• Under the authority of the school's provisional administration, the supervision of the French National Education Inspectorate (IEN) based in Dakar, and the pedagogical coordination of the school director, the teacher will be responsible for
• Teaching in accordance with the current French curriculum
• Ensuring educational follow-up of students
• Participating in the development and implementation of the school project
• Participating in the various pedagogical meetings (parent-teacher meetings, teachers' councils, cycle councils, school councils, etc.). The detailed job description and employment conditions are posted at the school entrance and can be obtained upon request

Required qualifications, skills, and experience

• Hold a primary school teacher diploma
• Have a bachelor's degree level or equivalent
• Holders of diplomas from the French National Education system will be given priority
• Possess strong pedagogical skills
• Have a good knowledge of the French educational system
• Demonstrate a strong sense of organization
• Demonstrate a sense of dialogue, listening, and mediation in a demanding multicultural context
• Solid experience in Mali and in AEFE network schools is appreciated. A possibility of secondment is offered
