Job Summary

Manage cash receipts and authorized payments, safeguard funds and maintain accurate daily cash records.

Key Responsibilities

• Open and close the main cash desk and receive customer payments
• Check payment amounts, banknote authenticity and supporting documents before authorized disbursements
• Record all transactions accurately in the cash management system and maintain the cash journal
• Supervise secondary cash desks, allocate authorized cash floats and consolidate cash returns
• Count and reconcile cash daily and immediately report shortages, surpluses or other irregularities
• Safeguard funds, respect cash holding limits and prepare bank deposits
• Submit daily cash statements and supporting documents to Accounting, archive records and participate in cash checks

Required Skills

• Young, dynamic and professionally presentable. Strong communication and comprehension skills. Willingness to work, with a proactive attitude. Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and working methods. Experience or a background in the education sector. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant digital tools

Formation et compétences

• BSc in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or any related field
