The Operations Support Specialist plays a critical role in ensuring smooth day-to-day depot operations by managing administrative, HR-related processes, facilities, and operational equipment, in compliance with company standards and local regulations.
1. HR & Administrative Support at Depot
- Handle day-to-day HR and administrative processes at the depot (onboarding/offboarding, employee documentation, attendance tracking, and related paperwork)
- Coordinate with relevant internal teams to ensure compliance with company policies and Dutch labor regulations
2. Operations Equipment Management
- Manage procurement, allocation, and installation of operational equipment (e.g., GPS devices, POS machines, branding materials, security seals, etc.)
- Monitor equipment performance and condition; coordinate maintenance, repair, or replacement when necessary
3. Facility & Asset Management
- Oversee depot facilities, including machinery, tools, equipment, and other assets
- Ensure the depot environment is well-maintained, safe, and aligned with operational standards
4. Payment & Expense Administration
- Process payments and manage expense documentation in accordance with company policies
- Collaborate with the Finance team to ensure accuracy and timely processing
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Logistics, or a related field
- 2–4 years of experience in operations support, administration, or HR roles, preferably in depot, warehouse, or logistics environments
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Good coordination and stakeholder management skills
