Missions

• Appuyer les équipes techniques dans la gestion et le déploiement des solutions applicatives du groupe
• Assurer la coordination des services de roaming international pour garantir une connectivité fluide aux abonnés
• Participer à la veille fiscale et au traitement des dossiers juridiques liés aux activités des filiales
• Collaborer avec les experts métiers sur des projets d'innovation numérique à l'échelle régionale
• Contribuer à l'optimisation des processus opérationnels pour améliorer la qualité de service dans la zone Afrique
• Réaliser des reportings réguliers pour suivre l'avancement des projets confiés par la direction
• Support technical teams in the management and deployment of the group's application solutions
• Ensure the coordination of international roaming services to guarantee seamless connectivity to subscribers
• Participate in tax watch and the processing of legal files related to the activities of subsidiaries
• Collaborate with business experts on digital innovation projects at the regional level
• Contribute to the optimization of operational processes to improve the quality of service in the Africa region
• Carry out regular reports to monitor the progress of projects assigned by management

Profil recherché

• Formation : être étudiant(e) en fin de cycle ou jeune diplômé(e) en informatique, télécoms, gestion ou droit.
