Agent de Sécurité (Gardien)

Job Overview

We are looking for a security agent to ensure the surveillance and protection of a bank. The position is offered under a fixed-term contract (CDD) for a duration of six (6) months.

Tasks and responsibilities

• Ensure surveillance of entrances and exits of the bank
• Control access of visitors, clients and staff in accordance with established instructions
• Check access authorizations to restricted areas
• Direct visitors to the competent services
• Monitor suspicious movements around the bank
• Guarantee the safety of staff, clients and visitors
• Protect the premises, equipment, vehicles and all property of the bank
• Prevent acts of theft and any other threat
• Ensure the securing of doors, gates and other access points according to instructions
• Report any anomaly observed in the premises or nearby
• Check the condition of doors, windows, fences and accesses
• Immediately alert management in case of incident or threat

Profile sought

• Hold at least the CEP or an equivalent diploma
• Provide proof of a minimum experience of one (1) year in the field of security
• Be aged 40 years maximum
• Be in good physical condition
• Be immediately available and operational
• Have a clean criminal record
