Assistant MEAL – Suivi, Évaluation, Redevabilité et Apprentissage

Position Overview

As part of its activities in Chad, an organization is recruiting a MEAL Assistant (Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability and Learning). This is a position to be filled in the field of monitoring and evaluation, statistics, and rural development.

Missions

• Contribute to the establishment of the program monitoring and evaluation system and ensure that this mechanism makes it possible to report on progress made and on program indicators
• Work in close collaboration with program teams to organize the various data collection activities
• Support the supervisor in developing program monitoring and evaluation plans and ensure that these plans are implemented
• Organize feedback sessions on survey results and formulate relevant improvement proposals

Profile and Skills Sought

• Hold a master's degree (BAC+5) in statistics, economics, rural development, in the fields of monitoring and evaluation, or in any other discipline relevant to the position
• Demonstrate at least 5 years of experience in the field of project monitoring and evaluation
• Have good language skills in French, both written and spoken
