Contrôleur Permanent (H/F)

The Banque de l'Union Côte d'Ivoire (BDU-CI) wishes to expand its team in charge of permanent control. With this in mind, it is looking for a Permanent Controller (H/F) to strengthen its Permanent Control Department.

Main missions

• The successful candidate will have the following responsibilities
• Conduct permanent controls as well as unannounced checks within the establishment
• Closely examine accounts and procedures of a sensitive nature
• Measure the relevance and effectiveness of the internal control system
• Ensure compliance with regulatory provisions applicable to the banking sector
• Actively participate in reducing and controlling operational risks

Required profile

• The ideal candidate must demonstrate the following
• A degree at Bac+4 or Bac+5 level in Banking, Audit, Control, Risk Management, Finance, or an equivalent specialty
• Professional experience of at least five (5) years in a similar or equivalent function

Key skills

• The following qualities are also expected
• Very good knowledge of banking regulations and bank accounting
• Mastery of internal control principles and tools
• Great rigor in the execution of assignments
• Strict adherence to the duty of confidentiality
