Tasks and Responsibilities

In this role, you assume all tasks within your area of responsibility and act as the reference point of contact for management staff and colleagues on any question related to the relevant theme, in particular the monitoring and evaluation of programs and projects. You also provide technical support to your colleagues in bands 2 and 3 and are accountable for the quality of the result of the contract. You are responsible for the design and deployment of the monitoring and evaluation (S&E) system of the program or project concerned. You continuously ensure the collection, processing and provision of all relevant data, and you support programs and projects in defining their strategic orientations as well as in their operational planning.

• Field monitoring and quality assurance

• Functional steering and management of specialized resources
