Le secteur des services financiers au Sénégal poursuit sa transformation numérique avec le déploiement de NafaPay, une application mobile de type « Save Now, Buy Later » (épargner maintenant, acheter plus tard). Dans le cadre de cette expansion dans les points de vente, l’agence Imco Digital recherche des promoteurs enthousiastes pour représenter la marque et guider les utilisateurs dans la prise en main de cette solution.

À propos

Le promoteur aura pour mission principale d’assurer la présence de NafaPay dans les boutiques partenaires et de fournir un accompagnement pédagogique aux clients afin de faciliter l’utilisation de l’application.

Missions

• Promotion en boutique : accueillir les clients, engager la conversation et expliquer simplement le principe de NafaPay
• Accompagnement digital : aider les utilisateurs à télécharger l’application, à créer leur compte et à effectuer leurs premières opérations de manière autonome
• Street marketing : distribuer des flyers aux clients et aux passants à proximité des points de vente partenaires
• Assistance et reporting : répondre aux interrogations des utilisateurs et transmettre quotidiennement à la direction les observations issues du terrain
• In-store promotion: welcome customers, engage in conversation, and simply explain how NafaPay works
• Digital support: help users download the application, create their account, and carry out their first transactions independently
• Street marketing: distribute flyers to customers and passers-by near partner points of sale
• Assistance and reporting: respond to user inquiries and report field observations to management on a daily basis

Profil recherché

• Tempérament : candidat dynamique, souriant, proactif et présentant une bonne image
• Communication : excellente aisance orale en français et en wolof
• Compétences techniques : bonne maîtrise des smartphones et des applications mobiles, avec la capacité de vulgariser des fonctionnalités techniques
• Atout : une première expérience réussie en promotion, animation commerciale ou accueil serait appréciée

Position Overview

The promoter's primary mission will be to ensure NafaPay's presence in partner stores and to provide educational support to customers to facilitate the use of the application.

Candidate Profile

• Temperament: dynamic, smiling, proactive candidate with a good image
• Communication: excellent oral fluency in French and Wolof
• Technical skills: good command of smartphones and mobile applications, with the ability to explain technical features in simple terms
• Asset: prior successful experience in promotion, sales activation, or customer reception would be appreciated

Working Conditions

• Schedule: Wednesday to Saturday, from 11:00 to 19:00
• Location: Dakar, with activity mainly in-store
