Job Summary

Ensure timely availability of goods and services while controlling costs, quality and purchasing risks.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify purchasing needs and plan procurement with the relevant departments
• Source and evaluate suppliers, compare quotations and negotiate prices, contracts and delivery terms
• Create and track purchase orders in the ERP system and follow up on deliveries and returns
• Coordinate stock monitoring and inventories to prevent shortages and excess stock
• Monitor purchasing budgets, expenses and supplier invoice payments with Finance
• Manage the purchasing team and ensure compliance with internal purchasing procedures
• Assess supplier performance, manage supply risks and report on costs and purchasing results

Formation et compétences

• Min 3 - 4 years experience in Procurement, supply chain or any related field
• Min a Bachelor's degree in Procurement, Supply chain or in similar fields

Candidate Requirements

• Young, dynamic and professionally presentable
• Strong communication and comprehension skills
• Willingness to work, with a proactive attitude
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and working methods
• Experience or a background in the education sector
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant digital tools
