Team management
- Supervise, lead and motivate the restaurant teams

- Participate in the recruitment, onboarding and training of employees
- Conduct individual interviews and performance evaluations

Commercial management
- Contribute to the development of the commercial strategy for the outlets

Financial management
- Monitor performance indicators: revenue, food cost, labor cost, margins
