SITMEL recherche un candidat dynamique, orienté vers les résultats, pour un poste de stagiaire assistant technique polyvalent. Ce stage constitue une excellente occasion de développer des compétences transversales au sein d’une structure en pleine évolution.

Missions

• Le ou la stagiaire interviendra sur plusieurs périmètres de l’entreprise
• Relation client : accueil physique et téléphonique, information et accompagnement des clients afin de renforcer leur fidélisation
• Développement commercial : participation active à la prospection, contribution à l’acquisition de nouveaux clients et établissement de devis
• Gestion administrative : préparation de la facturation, suivi des dossiers et réalisation de diverses tâches opérationnelles
• Communication digitale : animation des réseaux sociaux et gestion des échanges avec les clients sur les différents canaux numériques

Profil recherché

• Formation : être titulaire d’un diplôme ou en cours de formation en gestion, management, marketing ou communication
• Compétences : excellentes capacités de communication, bonne maîtrise des outils informatiques et aisance sur les réseaux sociaux
• Savoir-être : sens de l’organisation, autonomie et aptitude à gérer plusieurs tâches simultanément

Job Details

Main Missions

• The intern will work across several areas of the company
• Customer relations: in-person and telephone reception, customer information and support to strengthen their loyalty
• Business development: active participation in prospecting, contribution to acquiring new clients, and preparing quotes
• Administrative management: preparation of invoicing, file tracking, and performance of various operational tasks
• Digital communication: social media management and handling exchanges with clients across different digital channels

Required Profile

• Education: hold a degree or be currently studying management, business administration, marketing, or communication
• Skills: excellent communication skills, good command of IT tools, and ease with social networks
• Soft skills: sense of organization, autonomy, and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
