Job Duties
- Building technicians are versatile professionals who play an essential role in carrying out construction or renovation projects. They work at every stage of the construction site, from design to delivery, and are responsible for the following duties
- Studies and design
- Analysis of plans and technical documents
- Conducting feasibility studies
- Development of detailed construction plans
- Estimation of costs and deadlines
- Coordination of works
- Organization and planning of the different phases of the site
- Monitoring the progress of the work
- Coordination of the various trades
- Quality control of the work performed
- Administrative and technical management
- Drafting of technical documents (specifications, reports, etc.)
- Management of material orders
- Budget monitoring
- Compliance with current standards and regulations
Required Profile
- Hold a BTS in Civil Engineering
- Have at least two years of experience in a similar position
- Be organized, dynamic, and autonomous
